Eryone PA6-CF is a nylon 6 filament with about 20% carbon fibre, designed for FDM printers, with a heat deflection temperature of 185 °C at 0.45 MPa.
Eryone PA6-CF is a nylon 6 filament with about 20% carbon fibre, designed for FDM printers, with a heat deflection temperature of 185 °C at 0.45 MPa.
It is stiff and strong, with an X-Y tensile strength of 53 to 55 MPa and a bending strength of 140 to 145 MPa. It needs a sealed or closed printer and a long dry before printing.
Typical values from the Eryone data sheet (version 1.0, August 2024). Samples were printed at 280 °C with a bed at 100 °C and 100% infill.
