We build parts that are accurate, repeatable and ready to be tested, reviewed and used

Design Development
Getting a concept to manufacture-ready is not a linear process. It requires the right calls at the right stages, made by people who have done it before. Our team of CAD technicians, prototype engineers and model makers has taken products through medical, consumer, industrial and high-end audio to market. That depth of experience changes the conversations you have early, when it still matters.
Concept Development
A sketch does not survive a boardroom. A well-made physical object does. We take your CAD data or concept geometry and produce prototypes that hold up to real scrutiny - the kind that comes from people who know what they are looking at. Everything is done in-house. CAD, model making, rapid prototyping. That means shorter loops, fewer handoffs, and problems caught before they compound. When you walk into that meeting, you are carrying something that answers questions before they are asked.
Prototyping
Ergonomic, mechanical, functional, fit and form. We cover the full range from first concept to production-ready. The value is not in the range of processes. It is in knowing which one is right, when to use it, and what to watch for. We have seen where projects go wrong often enough to know how to keep yours from doing the same.
Our Viper SLA machines produce parts to ±0.15 mm, with finished parts typically ready in 24 hours.
Tolerances tight enough for medical devices
Finished parts ready to integrate immediately
Rapid iteration cycles keep projects moving

We machine complex parts with demanding geometries and tight tolerances, including jobs that need more capability than a standard setup can handle.
We finish parts to meet the required appearance, texture and performance, with coatings and processes chosen to match the job.

We measure performance by what matters: tolerances suited to medical device work, turnaround that keeps projects moving, and materials that perform in real conditions.
