Are prototypes ready for patient contact?

We run certified biocompatible materials on our Carbon 3D printers and offer equivalent resins for Vacuum Cast batches. Whether it's for surgical trials or skin-contact testing, we provide the technical data you need to ensure your prototype meets clinical requirements.

Do you fit in with my paperwork protocol?

If your project requires a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or a specific Technical Agreement, we don't just agree to it- we build it into our workflow. We provide Certificates of Conformity (COC) for both manufacture and materials as standard, provided you flag the requirement at the quoting stage.

We don't just add a logo, we offer digital printing that matches the robustness of traditional screen printing with much faster turnaround. For complex, curved surfaces where printers can't reach, we apply manual rubdowns protected by a dedicated lacquer coat to ensure the finish is presentation-ready.

Do you offer labelling?

We produce digital, self-adhesive labels, cut to any custom shape your design requires. It's a fast, integrated way to get your prototype looking like a finished product without waiting on third-party printers.

What about packaging?

We can design, print, and assemble bespoke packaging to help you prove out the unboxing experience or shipping security. It's about more than just a box - it's about ensuring the fit and design are validated before you commit to high-volume production.

Do you ensure that the parts will survive transportation and delivery?

From custom-sized wooden cartons with forklift batons to professional flight cases on casters, we build the protection your product deserves. Every case is supplied with custom-cut foam inserts, so your prototypes arrive in the same condition they left our workshop.

What impact does the prototype have on manufacturing?

Does this have an advantage over injection moulding?
