What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, and DWG files work best. We can handle most CAD formats. If you're unsure about your file, send it over and we'll let you know if we need anything else.

How tight are your tolerances?

We hold tolerances to plus or minus 0.1mm on most work. Tighter tolerances are possible but cost more and take longer. We'll discuss what your part actually needs.

How long will I need to wait?

Based in the UK, we offer 3-day turnarounds on urgent CNC work because we know that waiting two weeks for a part from overseas is often the difference between hitting a deadline or missing a launch.

I need this to be showroom ready. Can you help?

We don't just stop at the machine; our finishing team handles everything from hand-polishing clear plastics to bead-blasted matte finishes that are ready for stakeholder meetings.

Do you offer bridge tooling?

We support bridge production runs of 1 to 500+ units, allowing you to get to market or start clinical trials while your mass-production tooling is being manufactured. This service ensures your initial launch is backed by high-quality, CNC-finished parts that maintain the exact specifications of your approved prototype.
