Materials

The right material makes the difference

We work with proven materials across industries, from rigid polymers to flexible elastomers and from aluminium to PEEK. We help you find the material that fits the job, and tell you where its limits are.

Looking for specific grades? See the full materials list with data sheets, covering SLA, DLP, Carbon DLS, FDM, CNC and casting materials.

Plastics and polymers

ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, and specialty resins for consumer and medical applications.

Metals and alloys

Aluminium, stainless steel and brass for structural and functional components.

Elastomers and rubbers

Silicone, polyurethane and thermoplastic elastomers for seals, gaskets and flexible parts.

Specialty

Materials built for demanding work

Biocompatible polymers for medical prototypes, high-temperature resins, filaments and PEEK for parts that run hot, and clear resins for see-through parts.

Medical

Biocompatible materials for device applications

Biocompatible polymers and elastomers for skin-contact and medical device prototypes, with manufacturer data on sterilisation resistance.

Heat

High-temperature materials

For parts that run hot: Carbon EPX 82 (HDT 130 °C), Bambu PPA-CF filament (HDT 227 °C), Loctite 3D IND147 DLP resin (HDT above 230 °C) and CNC machined PEEK.

Clear

Transparent plastics

For light pipes, fluidics and see-through housings: Somos WaterClear Ultra 10122 and MPC12 clear SLA resins, polished or clear-coated to a water-clear finish, and clear polyurethane for vacuum cast batches.
