Gizmondo
We were recommended to Gizmondo by Dickinson Associates,the product designers to make working prototypes of this product. We CNC machined block space models in Pro Lab board, then made SLA masters, silicone moulds and vacume castings in PU resin. The keymats were made from silicone rubber, cast from CNC machined moulds. We cast approximately 40 of this product in many different colours with varying surface finishes, i.e., rubber, sterling silver, matt and high gloss lacquer.

Sepura Police Radios
These models were meant to look and feel identical to the real thing. So we used soft feel paints and matched spark finishes to ensure they did. The models were SLA 's with the screen moulding CNC machined in acrylic and polished.

Amatech
This range of products designed by www.design-technology.co.uk were all smart card readers. We CNC machined the master models in ABS, then made silicone moulds and vacuum cast a small number of mouldings to make working prototypes. The advantage of machining the master models in ABS enabled RFI performance to be checked before the production parts were available.
